Facility Information – The conference will be held at the Quest Business Center, 8405 Pulsar Place, Columbus, Ohio 43240.  This convenient meeting facility is located in the popular Polaris area on Columbus’ north side and has been the host site for the annual conference the past two years.  Parking is free at Quest and the building is easily accessible for smooth exhibit set-up and tear-down. 

Hotel Accommodations - Need overnight accommodations?  We have a new “overflow” block at the Four Points Sheraton Columbus- Polaris with a rate of $109 per night for Tuesday Nov. 8 and Wednesday, Nov. 9.  You can make your reservation online with this special OAMES link through Nov. 4.

There are also a variety of hotels in the Polaris area if you have a personal preference or would like to use a loyalty points program.  Some of these properties even offer a special discount to Quest meeting attendees, so be sure to ask when you make your reservation!
