Like all businesses and organizations, the Ohio Association of Medical Equipment Services is monitoring developments in the COVID-19 pandemic very closely and it is difficult to predict exactly what will happen next. News is shifting at an unprecedented pace. However, given the CDC's recommendation to limit community gatherings to no more than 50 people, we are postponing OAMES Spring Medicaid Training Seminar scheduled on April 2 and looking at offering alternative methods to bring you this important education.
We are working with the meeting facility and our presenters to discuss possibilities of rescheduling the seminar or hosting the sessions via webinar/teleconference. Online registration has been suspended at this time and we ask everyone to please sit tight as we work through planning details. For those who have already registered, we’ll provide more information as we determine next steps.
