CMS Updates Enrollment Application

CMS updated the Medicare Enrollment Application DMEPOS Suppliers 855-S form that is now available for suppliers.

The new form includes Lymphedema Treatment Compression Items as a product category, which is a newly covered product category under the Part B DMEPOS benefit as of this year. The new form is slated to expire on December 31, 2025. 

This is an opportunity for suppliers to ensure their information is up to date. Suppliers that have started to supply lymphedema items must update their 855-S form.
