OAMES’ top educational event of the year attracting leading professionals in Ohio’s HME business community will be held on November 19-20 at the Quest Business Center, 8405 Pulsar Place, Columbus 43240. OAMES’ Education Committee is finalizing the agenda and we'll begin registration next month. Some of the speakers confirmed to-date include:

• Ohio Medicaid Director John McCarthy speaking about the newly formed agency and its future initiatives;
• Ohio Department of Medicaid Bureau of Policy Chief Debbie Saxe will provide a one-year-later update on the DME data project;
• Industry insiders Cara Bachenheimer (Invacare) and Jay Witter (American Association for Homecare) will share the latest news from Washington;
• OAMES legal counsel Tom Hess will lead a panel session on health care fraud with representatives of the Ohio Attorney General’s office and Department of Justice.
